We use the service RentPayment.com to process your payment(s) electronically. It’s quick, easy & FREE for you to pay online when using an electronic check! Note they may charge a small fee with other payment methods -  e.g. a debit card, or credit card

To pay online:

– 1st time user? Signup (and search for your property address, example: 123 Main)
– Repeat user? Login with your username & password
– Follow their instructions from there. Its easy! Questions? Call their customer service line at 1-866-289-5977

To pay via telephone (with a fee):
– Call RentPayment.com at 1-866-289-5977, and when prompted, press option #1. There is a ~$25-$30 service fee when paying via telephone, but you can avoid this by paying online OR by mail

To pay by mail [it must be received by us on time / AKA not late]:

This option is available ONLY to people who formerly rented a house from us, and later financed/bought it from us. If this is the case, you can still use RentPayment.com to make your mortgage payment to us! This is new as of 2026! So...

For folks who did not previously rent from us, AND you we are your mortgage company (e.g. you have an investor loan) - currently your only option is to mail us a payment. Please see the mailing instructions/address above.
